1. The service
TulayPay is being developed by TULAYPAY LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. When launched, TulayPay will provide a customer-facing service through which eligible users in the United States can arrange to send money to recipients in the Philippines, with all fees shown before a transaction is confirmed. Our goal: the lowest all-in cost, with no hidden charges.
2. Partner-led model — we are not a bank or a money transmitter
TulayPay is not a bank, and TulayPay itself will not perform money transmission or hold customer funds. All funds will be held, transmitted, and paid out by licensed financial partners, which will perform identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks and remain responsible for the transmission itself. Your transaction may also be subject to the applicable partner's terms, which will be presented before you confirm a transaction.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and when sending.
- You must use the service only for lawful purposes and only with funds you are entitled to send.
4. Fees and exchange rates
All fees and the exchange rate that apply to a transaction will be disclosed to you before you confirm it, and the amount your recipient will receive will be shown before you commit. You will not be charged a fee that was not disclosed in advance. Fees and rates may change over time; the figures shown for your specific transaction at confirmation are the ones that will apply to it.
5. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we do not guarantee specific delivery times, exchange rates in advance of a confirmed transaction, or that any particular transaction will be accepted. Transactions may be delayed, refused, or reversed where required for compliance, fraud prevention, or by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or financing of prohibited activity; not to misrepresent your identity; and not to interfere with the operation or security of the service.
7. Intellectual property
The TulayPay name, branding, and website content belong to TULAYPAY LLC and may not be used without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TULAYPAY LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights under federal or state consumer-protection and remittance rules that apply to transactions performed by our licensed partners.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms before or after launch. The version posted on this page at the time you use the service will govern, and material changes will be noted with a revised effective date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
